Baptist Housing is seeking an LPN for temporary part-time mat leave coverage at Hallmark on the Park in Abbotsford, BC. You will lead the community team, administer medications, provide wound care, and assess residents' needs, ensuring continuity of care for Assisted Living residents.

You will follow the Wellness Model of Care, collaborate with the Wellness Manager, and support wellness programs while maintaining skilled standards and safety across shifts.
