Own product development, sourcing, pricing, positioning, merchandising, conversion, retention, inventory and cash.
Track net sales, contribution margin, acquisition costs, lifetime value and working capital; use forecasting and unit economics to pursue profitable growth.
Lead contractors and build a small, high-output team as the businesses scale.
Use appropriate tools and partner with technical specialists to make work measurable and repeatable.
