Role: Business Systems Analyst (Pricing & Promotions) Location: Toronto , ON -Hybrid (4 days/week) Duration: Long Term Role Summary Drive business requirements, analysis, and delivery of pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer eligibility solutions for a multi-tenant retail platform supporting CTR and Mark''s.

Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and system requirements.

Work with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams.

Define pricing, promotions, markdowns, and customer eligibility rules.

Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Support multi-banner (CTR & Mark''s) configuration and alignment.

Analyze integrations with POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Master Data systems.

Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.

Strong retail experience in Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Loyalty.

Knowledge of pricing hierarchies, promotional campaigns, markdowns,



and offer management.

Agile experience using Jira or Azure Dev

Ops.

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.

Nice to Have Experience with Canadian Tire Retail, Mark''s, or other multi-banner retailers.

Knowledge of Triangle Rewards and retail promotion engines.

Experience with multi-tenant or configuration-driven platforms.
