Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced
Workday Integrations Specialist to join their project immediately and will run until December 3rd 2026, with possibility of an extension.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience building and supporting Workday integrations, with experience in Workday integration technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and RaaS.
Should also have experience integrating Workday with enterprise applications such as HR systems, payroll platforms, identity management solutions, Service
Now, ERP systems, and third-party vendors.
This is a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement integrations using Workday integration technologies, including: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
Workday Web Services (WWS),REST and SOAP APIs, Report-as-a-Service (RaaS).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
Ensure integrations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, process flows, and support procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on integration deliverables.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Provide technical guidance regarding integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Experience working with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and web services.
Understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and cloud integration platforms.
Experience supporting global organizations and multi-region processes is considered an asset.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Expertise in integration design, system architecture, and data transformation.
Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
