Key Responsibilities:
• Set up pouch making machines according to specifications
• Maintain and report on machine performance and safety
• Ensure work area cleanliness and compliance with procedures
• Conduct quality tests on finished products
• Collaborate with team members for efficient production

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in flexible packaging
• Basic knowledge of packaging films is a plus
• Must be adaptable with work schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
