The ideal candidate will have prior cooking experience, preferably in a supervisory role, and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
• Address resident and family concerns promptly
• Direct Food Services Workers effectively
• Ensure proper operation of the Food Services Department
Requirements:
• Previous Cook experience, ideally in a supervisory role
• Current provincial Protected Food Handling Certificate
• Minimum public school education; high school preferred
• Diploma or certificate in food preparation
