Become the technical connection for major clients at Pontosense as a Junior Solutions Engineer in Toronto or Waterloo. Drive integrations and ensure customer satisfaction in this hybrid role.
In this full-time position, you'll work closely with the Solutions Lead on key customer accounts. You'll onboard agencies to our platform, manage technical integrations, and support our largest clients throughout the process. As you gather insights from each deployment, you'll provide valuable feedback to the product team to enhance future implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical onboarding for new agency partners
• Manage integrations with customer systems effectively
• Coordinate day-to-day technical support for key accounts
• Develop deployment guides and checklists for efficiency
• Relay product feedback to engineering teams for improvement
Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or client relations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
