List of Requirements Pine Tree Community RV Park is hiring immediately for a dependable, hands‑on full‑time Maintenance, Repairs, Lawn Care & Gardening Team Member. This role is essential to keeping our RV park clean, safe, attractive, and well maintained for residents, guests, and the community.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property; maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and gardens; and help ensure park facilities and common areas are kept in good working order.
This is a full‑time position for an individual who takes pride in quality work, follows through on responsibilities, and works well as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated construction and handyman background with practical experience in property maintenance and repairs.
Experience with lawn mowing, landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance.
Ability to safely use common hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and maintenance equipment.
Must be able to use a smart phone or laptop to clock in/out for payroll via a payroll application; must be able to communicate by text, phone and video calls.
Must have reliable transportation, ideally own vehicle.
Government picture ID is required for this position.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete work reliably.
Solid attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail.
Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

In addition to the regular work schedule, the employee must be available to participate as a staff team member in one community event per month, held on a Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.
List of Duties Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of park buildings, common areas, grounds, equipment, and facilities.
Complete basic construction, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and handyman repairs within the scope of experience and applicable safety requirements.
Mow, trim, edge, weed, water, and maintain lawns, garden beds, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
Assist with seasonal grounds work, cleanup, trash and recycling removal, snow removal and property improvement projects.
Identify maintenance concerns and report repair needs promptly.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and fellow staff members.
Assist on the daily and weekly testing of the water system for the park.
Work collaboratively with the Pine Tree Community RV Park staff team.
