In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in the Asia-Pacific Real-Time Coverage (RTC) team, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. You will mentor fellow analysts and enhance our AI-driven alerts, ensuring timely and relevant information is shared with customers. Your work will involve high-pressure decision-making during critical events, requiring a knack for gathering and corroborating social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support real-time incident evaluation and decision-making
• Mentor two analysts, providing coaching and feedback




• Manage onboarding and training for current team members
• Curate critical information during ongoing crisis situations
• Enhance collaboration through shared resources

Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field or similar experience
• One year of management experience
• Ability to work in Australia without restrictions
• Strong interest in current affairs and geopolitics
• Experience in crisis management is a plus
