PICTON Investments is seeking an IT Support Technician to enrich our supportive IT team. With a focus on providing hands-on technical assistance, this role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience in workstation administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktops and laptops
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with user account management and access setup
• Maintain workstation inventory and perform upgrades
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
