Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates using Procore.
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturers on project scope.




• Develop bid submissions detailing inclusions and assumptions.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy and competitiveness.

Requirements:
• 5+ years mechanical estimating experience in construction
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
