St. Michael’s Health Centre, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Seniors Care 1West unit. The LPN will provide holistic, person-centred care in a multidisciplinary team, supporting residents and their families in a compassionate, culturally secure environment.
Requirements include Practical Nursing certification with CLHA registration, BLS Level C, and at least 1 year in long-term care. Experience with EHR and LTC assessments is preferred.
