This role focuses on creating detailed models that integrate with construction schedules and logistics. As a BIM Modeler, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure compliance with project standards. Your contributions will significantly influence the success of the Ontario Line’s NC project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain detailed 3D models using Autodesk software
• Link model elements to project schedules for 4D sequencing
• Support visual planning of construction logistics and phasing
• Conduct clash detection and assist in resolving model conflicts
• Generate 2D documentation from BIM models
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments like ProjectWise
• Ability to maintain model accuracy and integrity
