Triumph Group of Companies is seeking a Building Surveyor to lead detailed condition surveys of building exteriors across the GTA, using 3D laser scanning, BIM and CAD tools to generate transparent drawings, reports, and remediation recommendations for project managers, engineers and clients.
You will split time between data processing in the office and hands-on surveys at height on active sites, collaborating with PMs, engineers and site teams, and ensuring survey findings guide scoping and pricing.
