The Ottawa Senators Hockey Club is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on desktop support, manage tickets, and drive IT process improvements across multiple venues. You will collaborate with IT Operations and stakeholders to ensure reliable systems and secure data handling.
You will mentor junior staff, respond to incidents, and help evolve roadmaps while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced workplace.
