Legal Aid Ontario is seeking a Training and Quality Specialist to develop and deliver staff training within the Intake Operations Support department, ensuring QA standards are integrated into training processes. The role supports knowledge and information management and fosters staff development across LAO initiatives.
The position reports to the Manager, Knowledge and Information Management and Training and is based at the Provincial Office with chance to work across locations as needed.
