Monks is seeking a dedicated Temporary Payroll Analyst to support its NAMER payroll team. This role involves processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls while partnering with HR and Finance teams. You will perform payroll analytics, maintain systems data, and assist in audits, all while embodying Monks’ inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process multi-state, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions
• Assist with payroll reconciliations before transmission
• Conduct audits for compliance with tax legislation
• Handle sensitive payroll inquiries and contractor payments
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years payroll experience for medium to large companies
• Proficient in multi-state payroll processing
• Familiarity with G Suite and payroll software a plus
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
