As an integral member of the team, the Registered Care Aide will provide high-quality home care services, emphasizing trauma-informed practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care such as dressing and grooming
• Monitor clients’ home workplace for safety
• Perform light housekeeping duties for clients
• Report changes in clients’ conditions to nurses
• Participate in community wellness initiatives
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Care Aide in BC
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Valid BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Criminal Record Check required
