QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) Two-year Diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Communications (foreign education must have Canadian equivalency certification).
Five years of experience within an enterprise information technology environment in the field of technology adoption, instructional design, technology training or related field.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
Exceptional editing skills ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in published materials.
Effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
