Your New Role As themercial Building Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems across amercial portfolio.
You will ensure all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems are operating efficiently while maintaining a secure, professional environment for tenants and visitors.
Key responsibilities include: Monitoring, operating, and maintaining building systems and equipment Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Responding to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner Conducting regular building inspections and documenting deficiencies Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers as required Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, work orders,
