In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the Experience Design team within e-Commerce. Collaborate with UX analysts, product managers, and developers to deliver user-centric designs while following established digital standards. Your expertise in human-centered design and proficiency in design tools will allow you to address complex challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create end-to-end user experiences aligned with business strategies
• Develop visual designs based on user research and best practices
• Participate in Agile sprints for iterative development
• Collaborate on scenarios and screen designs with team members
• Present design concepts clearly for feedback and approval
Requirements:
• 2+ years of UX experience, preferably in retail
• Solid skills in Figma and Miro
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• University/College degree in related field or equivalent experience
