Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supervision and coaching of addictions counsellors
• Provide clinical consultation on complex client cases
• Monitor client safety and address concerns promptly
• Facilitate educational workshops and therapeutic groups
• Oversee documentation for quality and compliance
Requirements:
• At least two years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline
• 3-5 years experience in mental health and addictions
• Experience delivering group counselling and supervision
• Solid knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
