As a Housing Manager, you'll direct housing program operations at a permanent position focused on the Métis community. Leading a team, you will facilitate programs including the Home Efficiency Initiative and First Time Homebuyer’s Program. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise housing department staff effectively
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes for continuous improvement
• Develop budgets and manage financial forecasts for projects
• Foster partnerships with Federal, Provincial, and Indigenous bodies
• Create and refine policies for housing operations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of management experience in program delivery
• Experience with Indigenous organizations required
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license necessary
