Employment Type: Full time Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Industry: Healthcare / Aeromedical Transport Job Summary We are seeking experienced Advanced Care Paramedics (ACPs) to join a multidisciplinary air medical team providing advanced patient care and safe interfacility transport.

The ACP will work as part of an Air Medical Crew alongside an RN or Respiratory Therapist, with consultation support from an On-Line Medical Control Physician.

Key Responsibilities Provide advanced patient care during aeromedical transport Conduct rapid patient assessments Deliver appropriate pre-hospital and transport interventions Monitor patients throughout interfacility transfers Work collaboratively with RNs,



RRTs and physicians Provide safe transport for ill and injured patients of all age groups Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Maintain patient safety and professional standards throughout transport Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of overall experience as an Advanced Care Paramedic Current registration in good standing with your home province/territory Ability to attain and maintain registration with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba (CPMB) Medical transport experience is an asset Required Certifications Current BLS required Current ACLS required Assets: PALS NRP PHTLS or ITLS Indigenous cultural awareness training What Is Offered Permanent full-time opportunity 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation Competitive compensation and benefits Paid travel and travel-day support Accommodation while on rotation Extended health benefits RRSP matching Training and professional development Professional licensing reimbursement Travel arrangements provided
