Sault Area Hospital is seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality dialysis care within the Algoma Regional Renal Program. You will initiate, monitor, and discontinue treatments, educate patients and families, and support their physical and emotional well-being.
Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement individualized care plans, adhere to infection control and safety standards, and contribute to optimal treatment outcomes for renal patients.
