As part of Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting team, this role requires strong skills in quality assurance and automotive processes. You'll lead critical initiatives such as the Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and manage new model launches, ensuring all quality standards are met. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams will be key to uphold Magna's commitment to innovation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and approve PPAP processes per program timelines
• Manage pre-production field support and issue containment




• Develop and maintain control plans and inspection matrices
• Coordinate supplier drawing reviews and early involvement
• Conduct annual validation testing and quality investigations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in mechanical/quality engineering
• 3-5 years of related experience in automotive sectors
• CQE certification preferred
• Tier I automotive experience is beneficial
• Solid problem-solving skills for launch quality concerns
