The successful candidate will have strong production machining experience, be mechanically inclined, attentive to detail, and take pride in producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.This role is responsible for setting up and operating conventional machining equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll DoAs a Conventional Lathe Machinist, you will play an important role in producing high-quality components and supporting manufacturing operations.Responsibilities include:Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and machining specificationsSetting up and operating conventional lathes and milling machinesSelecting and securing tooling, fixtures, and materialsMeasuring and verifying finished parts using precision measuring equipmentTroubleshooting machining and drawing-related issuesPerforming preventative maintenance on machinesCompleting inspection reports and maintaining quality recordsWorking closely with Engineering, Quality, Production,
