Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Train-the-Trainer expert to lead the C&F; technician development program across Brandt's dealerships. You will design, deliver, and evaluate instruction for repair, maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment, coordinating with OEMs and internal teams.

The role requires strong instructional skills, team-oriented leadership, and the ability to travel within North America to support programs and deliverables.
