Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be recording and packing orders. Providing excellent service for clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and efficient organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and record clients orders.
- Manage reservations and orders effectively using our system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
- Assist in coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the restaurant team during peak hours by helping with pack orders.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations,



orders and inquiries.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $12.20-$15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
