Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
- Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and enhance shopping flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions, pricing, and inventory management
- Experience with cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in product displays and stock management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
