Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires robust communication skills, efficiency in food and beverage service, and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to the right candidate. The Restaurant Server plays a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction




- Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation protocols

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for cashiering and bill calculations
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
