Senior Full-Stack Developer — Luxury Expedition Platform

About the project
Canadian Adventure Charters Inc (CAC) operate at the intersection of luxury ocean expeditions, adventures, shipwreck discovery, health and wellness, scientific research, and documentary media. We are building a world-class digital platform — not a brochure site — to serve ultra-high-net-worth guests, clients, TerraMaris Club members, global investors, and research partners.
This engagement starts as a part-time subcontract (Phase 1), with a clear pathway to a senior or director-level role as the platform scales.

Phase 1 — immediate scope
Enhance our existing site into a high-conversion, investor-ready platform:

- Cinematic redesign — full-screen video, strong typography, premium UX
- Improved site architecture and user journeys (client inquiry, investor, partner)
- CRM and email capture integration
- Speed, mobile, and SEO optimization
- Social media integration (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc)
- Secure, easy-to-manage admin backend

Phase 2 — full platform build
A scalable, enterprise-grade ecosystem including:

- Custom frontend (Next.js) + headless CMS + scalable backend
- Private membership portal with tiered VIP access
- Interactive expedition booking engine and global map
- AI-powered concierge and recommendation system
- Live scientific data dashboards (eDNA, oceanographic feeds)
- Media streaming hub and documentary distribution
- Secure investor and partner portal with data rooms




- Global e-commerce (luxury merchandise and membership products)

Ideal candidate

- Solid portfolio of high-end, scalable, complex web platforms
- Architecture-level thinking — not just execution
- Excellent UI/UX instincts for luxury or cinematic digital experiences
- Experience with AI integrations and secure multi-user systems
- Bonus: booking systems, fintech, membership platforms, WebGL / 3D / interactive maps
- Someone who wants to be part of a once in a lifetime experience

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
