About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of their hotel in East London . This role is critical to maintaining the hotel's reputation for pristine accommodations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling and task allocation.
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and training programs for staff.
Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and usage.




Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and effectively.
Requirements Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and laundry operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage budgets and control inventory effectively.
