The Position

The individual in this role will be responsible for leading crews of up to 10 people, to deliver primarily new construction/production work safely and to spec.

Experience

Valid Driver's License

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Roofing Foreman on Commercial Production Projects

Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents

Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures

Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
