Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java/JSP/Struts Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, JSP, Struts Framework, and enterprise web application development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading development teams, driving application enhancements, supporting legacy modernization initiatives, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Java, JSP, and Struts
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Drive application enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Mentor and guide development team members
- Collaborate with business users, architects, QA, and production support teams




- Manage production support activities and critical issue resolution
- Prepare technical design documents, estimates, and implementation plans
- Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and quality standards

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Java, JSP, and Struts Framework
- Strong technical leadership and team mentoring capabilities
- Experience with application enhancement, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Strong understanding of software development best practices and coding standards
