ECMM is seeking a Medical Review Officer Assistant to join the Collection department in Dartmouth, NS. The role focuses on accurate review, entry, tracking, and reporting of drug and alcohol and occupational health test results.

You will support MRO duties, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a liaison with laboratories, collection sites, clients, and internal teams. The position offers a permanent full-time schedule (Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm) with in office work and potential on-call rotation,
