Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst to provide a broad range of Microsoft 365, Networking, and Windows Server support in an MSP environment

Our mid-sized enterprise client is seeking an Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst to provide a broad range of Microsoft 365, Networking, and Windows Server support in an MSP workplace .

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with competitive health & wellness benefits and additional company perks offered. The successful candidate will be based in Calgary and aligned to working 5 days per week onsite.

Must-Haves:

1. 7 years' of IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration experience

Strong Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience

Experience with network routing, switching, and protocols (ideally Cisco)

Experience with Cybersecurity best practices and protocols

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous Managed Server Provider (MSP) experience

Experience with Intune and Entra ID

Experience with Sophos products

Experience with Power Shell automation and scripting

Experience with Datto BCDR, Datto SaaS Protection, or similar backup platforms

Experience supporting regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, or professional services

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain Windows Server environments

Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh projects

Assist with network deployments, upgrades, and documentation

Support and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN solutions, and similar

Assist with implementation and support of cybersecurity solutions

Act as an escalation resource for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communication

Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Participate in after-hours maintenance windows as required
