HR and Operations Coordinator

position located in

Saint-Laurent (Montréal) .

Location: Saint-Laurent, Montréal
Schedule: 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
Work mode: Hybride

Role Overview
Reporting to management, the HR and Operations Coordinator will oversee payroll administration, human resources processes and operational support. The role acts as a key liaison between management, supervisors and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage the full recruitment cycle

Draft employment contracts and HR documentation

Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits and policies

Maintain employee records

Ensure compliance with labour standards





Operations

Work closely with branch supervisors

Validate payroll information (hours, absences, adjustments)

Provide on-site HR support to teams

Support internal communication and workplace climate initiatives

Requirements

Education in HR, administration or accounting

Payroll administration experience

Knowledge of Nethris payroll system (strong asset)

Knowledge of labour standards and CNESST

Recruitment and HR administration experience

Solid organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage confidential information
