Eataly Toronto is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Central Kitchen team, preparing ingredients from scratch daily for our restaurants and to-go counters. You will learn multiple cooking techniques and work with a seasoned culinary team to maintain the high quality Eataly is known for.

You will gain hands-on experience with protein butchery, hot cooking, sauces, stocks, and vegetable prep, reporting to the Sous Chef Manager as part of a cooperative kitchen group.
