Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is seeking a pastry cook II to join our luxury kitchen. You will support the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry products while upholding Fairmont standards for consistency, safety and guest experience.
You should have professional pastry or culinary experience, solid pastry knowledge, and ideally culinary education or Red Seal progress. This seasonal position runs October 2026 through April 2027.
