About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Software Architect to guide their technical direction in Kimberley . You will be responsible for defining and overseeing the design of complex software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. This senior role requires a deep understanding of software design patterns, technology trends, and best practices to build robust and future-proof solutions within the IT and Software domain. Key Responsibilities

Define and document the overall architecture for software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development. Ensure the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. Mentor and develop junior architects and senior engineers on architectural best practices.



Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs. Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a software architecture role. Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed software systems. Deep knowledge of software design patterns, architectural styles (e.g., microservices, SOA), and principles. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their architectural considerations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Benefits
