In this strategic leadership role, you will direct NCC's philanthropy initiatives at a national level. The Vice President will be pivotal in expanding engagement with major donors, developing innovative fundraising strategies, and building an integrated approach to philanthropy. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement national philanthropy strategies for impact • Oversee donor engagement and stewardship efforts • Secure transformational gifts through effective cultivation • Build synergies across fundraising teams nationally • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements: • Significant experience in philanthropic leadership • Proven ability to negotiate complex fundraising agreements • Exceptional presentation and relationship-building capabilities • Knowledge of major gift strategies and stewardship practices • Bilingual ability (French/English) preferred
