We are always looking for new projects that allow us to push the boundaries of creativity.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Participate in defining projects and developing solutions during conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineeringPrepare design basis documents, mass and energy balances, process simulations, process flow diagrams and P&IDsPerform; hydraulic calculations and select and size equipment, instruments and pipingPrepare reports, calculation notes, data sheets and other process deliverablesParticipate in design reviews,



risk assessments and multidisciplinary coordinationEnsure the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with project hour budgets and schedulesMentor and providetechnical supervision to less experienced engineersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline, combined with significant experience in process designFive to ten years of relevant experience in heavy industry, particularly in the refining, chemical and petrochemicalsectors and/or consulting engineeringKey competencies:Autonomy and technical rigourAbility to work within multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication, coordination and problem-solving skillsAbility to provide technical guidance to less experienced colleaguesAssets:Knowledge of Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, AFT, Pipe-Flo or Aspen EDRAvailable for occasional short-term travel within Canada (one to two weeks)Experience in process safety, including HAZOP studies or process safety management.Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate in French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and clients based in Quebec.Want to enjoy your work while discovering new things?
