You'll ensure all processes are followed, producing parts within spec and on time. You'll work closely with your manager and co-workers to understand routine maintenance, part changeovers, and inspection. Success in this role requires organization and multitasking.

- Setups for current and previously manufactured components – all activities associated.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Capable of providing input on design for manufacturability.
- Provide input on fixture design, program edits, tool reduction/improvements on all programs to improve cycle time and optimize throughput on equipment
