About The Job

ASAP LEGAL is looking for a full-time Lawyer based in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, preparing legal arguments, and representing the firm and its clients before various courts.

Eligibility

- (i) Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- (ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
- (iii) Good communication & court room assistance
- (iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
- (v) Candidates with exposure to banking and financial-related matters will be preferred.
- (vi) Enrolled with the respective Bar Council of India.

Responsibility

- (i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
- (ii) Preparing legal arguments.
- (iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
- (iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
