Reporting to the Chair, Inuit Languages and Culture Programs, this position prepares students for careers in interpretation and translation. You will employ adult learning principles across in-person, blended, and online formats, ensuring that course content meets community and linguistic needs. Additionally, this role includes student assessment and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons using diverse instructional strategies
• Ensure compliance with College skilled standards
• Research and recommend resource materials for courses




• Provide academic guidance and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to program development and student recruitment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• One year of teaching or instructional experience
• Certificate in Adult Education preferred
• Experience in bilingual communication roles
• Knowledge of Inuit culture and languages is an asset
