As the Quality Systems Manager, you will report to the Director, Quality and oversee preventive and operational quality aspects. Your role includes managing the Quality Management System (QMS) while leading a team of specialists. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, fostering collaboration throughout CIMA+.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the QMS
• Implement project quality planning frameworks for key initiatives
• Manage quality support across business sectors and regions
• Develop and mentor a team of Quality Specialists
• Represent the Quality function at operational committees
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 10+ years in quality systems and process governance
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics
