Mission

Serves as an internal compliance reference by ensuring that the company’s activities, products, and programs comply with applicable contractual, regulatory, and standards-based requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Ensure product compliance with customers’ environmental and contractual requirements (e.g., REACH, hazardous substances, standards)
- Coordinate product assessments with the external service provider to validate compliance with regulatory and standards requirements
- Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies, procedures, and tools
- Identify and define compliance requirements and integrate them into internal quality audit processes as well as quality audits of our suppliers and partners
- Monitor stakeholder performance and oversee corrective action plans in the event of non-compliance
- Track contractual compliance requirements
- Implement a system for annual supplier and internal compliance declarations
- Raise awareness and train internal stakeholders on applicable compliance requirements

Profile

With the following skills and qualities,



you will thrive in this role:

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory affairs role
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations
- Experience managing audits and certifications
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Proficiency with IT tools and document management systems
- Ability to work well in a team and positively influence others
- Fluency in French
