Become a Wellness Nurse at The Neighborhood at Priceville with an overnight shift from 6 PM to 6 AM. This role focuses on resident health monitoring, medication administration, and supporting wellness services.
The Neighborhood at Priceville is looking for an experienced LPN to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will work closely with the Wellness Director and provide essential care and services for our residents. Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper documentation, assisting with clinical assessments, and leading wellness initiatives, while supporting a positive living workplace for our seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident health through assessments and service plans
• Document clinical care needs and follow up appropriately




• Assist in completing monthly wellness evaluations
• Communicate changes in medication and service levels
• Support direct resident care and vital sign assessments
Requirements:
• Valid LPN or RN license
• One year experience with elderly or disabled individuals
• Strong leadership skills and experience
• Knowledge in Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
