the responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Timely delivery/follow up of quotations to our customersExcellent Customer Service and Phone EtiquetteCollecting and maintaining Project documentationManaging Customer Requirements and BillingSource all Project requirements, Issue Purchase Orders.Ensure Purchased Components have been received and costed correctlyMaintain and Improve on Estimating Templates and ProcessesEnsure proper Job management software useageDesired Qualifications:Adept at computer use including MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu or equivalent.CAD Skills a plus, however we are willing to train the ideal candidateEstimator Certification an asset but not requiredConstruction related Post Secondary Education an asset but again we are willing to train the right candidateAbility to handle a fast paced environmentExperience in glass an asset but not required
